Shareholder Communications

Notice of rights of members to elect how to receive certain documents

Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meeting and Documents) Act 2022 (Cth), Ai-Media Technologies Limited (Company) will now provide Notices of Meetings and related documents, as well as Annual Reports, electronically where a shareholder has provided a valid email address, unless the shareholder has elected to receive a paper copy or does not require them.

Managing your shareholding and document receipt preferences

As a shareholder, you have the following rights in relation to receiving documents:

  • you can elect to be sent certain documents in physical form or in electronic form, including documents relating to a general meeting of shareholders, a shareholders’ resolution, the Annual Report or documents prescribed by relevant regulations. You can make either:
    • a standing election, to be applied generally to all documents, or a specified class of documents; or
    • an ad hoc request for a particular document, provided that your request is made within a reasonable time before the Company’s obligation to send the document arises or within a reasonable time after you have received the document; or
  • you can elect not to be sent an Annual Report or any document prescribed by relevant regulations.

Of course, you will always be able to access and read our Annual Report and Notices of Meetings when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the simplest – and most environmentally sustainable – way to stay informed. To assist us in reducing the environmental impacts of the business and costs, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address.
